Welcome to the FormBuilder.
Create your own contact form, just the way you want it, simply by filling in a form and copy/paste the generated source to your own web site. It's simpler than it sounds but don't take my word for it. Try it out for yourself!
A few tips before you start
- Plan your form with pen and paper!
- While you have the option to edit/delete label/input sets you wont be able to add extra labels/input sets once you done with the building process. You could always create a new form but be warned.
- Will it work on my site?
- It very easy to find out. Type this on a blank html page
<html><head><title>PHP Test</title></head><body><?php phpinfo(); ?></body></html>save it as phpinfo.php and upload it to your server. Then you simply browse to the page and if it looks something like this you're ready to use the FormBuilder's output. - Can I remove the link back to Geekministry from the form?
- No! You're free to use the form anywhere you want as long as you leave the link back to this page. If you want to remove the link to my site please contact me and we'll figure out a price. Usually $10 per site. It's a bargain.
- Why are comments and email fields automatically inserted?
- The FormBuilder is meant to create contact forms. In those you want to have an email address, a comment text area. You probably also want to be sure you get a real email address to reply to. You also want to make sure a comment was made and therefore these fields (along with the spam protection) are validated on the server so your form can't be posted without a valid email address and a comment.
